Beverly Hills was one of the first ever large scale residential compounds to be developed in Sheikh Zayed City, offering over 2,000 villas and apartments. Beverly Hills is developed over 1.75 million square metres as a mixed-use residential and commercial development and has generated over EGP 1 billion in revenue for the company.
SODIC’s project, Beverly Hills is the larged mixed-use living community in Sheikh Zayed. Delivered in 2003, there are about 3,000 families residing in Beverly Hills today.
