Mall project by Al Ahly Sabbour, was the first of its kind in Egypt and was designed by the renowned
American architect firm “HOK,” which ranked first in the world in multi-purpose
building’s design. It is the first complex of its kind in Egypt hosting
commercial, recreational, administrative and residential entities all under one
roof. Its roomy apartments and capacious entertainment areas make it arguable
the first space age village to be found in the heart of this heaving

Components: A multi- purpose building It consists of: 80 residential units, 448
commercial units Opening Date: the opening was in October 2000. It is designed
to attract families and tourists (Arabs and foreigners) where visitors enjoy
the atmosphere created through the various shops, food court and the river Nile
view.
